Attic Conversions

Attic conversions increase the space within a dwelling house. Many attics can be converted to allow for extra living, office, bedroom or storage space.

We offer a full drawing and design package, whereby we can design your proposed attic conversion, so that it is compliant with the current Building Regulations. Builders can then tender for the work for your new attic conversion.
  
For an attic conversion to be classified as a habitable space, it needs to be compliant with Part A, B, F, K and L of the current Building regulations. As part of our service, we will undertake routine site inspections to ensure the works have been carried out correctly and then issue a Certificate of Compliance on completion of the works.
